some days I just go hard as fuck at the gym, that’s why thug kitchen keeps avocados stocked. not to mention all the other bad ass health benefits you get from this tasty mother fucker, like lowering the shit out of your triglycerides and raising your HDL. not to mention the fucking carotenoid lutein that helps prevent eye sight degeneration and cataracts. how about all the fucking folates in avocados that lower the risk of stroke? this shit also inhibits cancer growth.

Feel like shit. Not working out today, been throwing up for the pass hour. Something was have been wrong with the pizza. hopefully it’s a 24 hour thing, so I can workout double tomorrow. I really need to lose this weight.
Today is pizza night, and well I will have a couple of slices but I will have a HUGE salad. Last night I kinda did a uh oh :( failed weekend but I need to move on. I still need to work out and since I am having pizza for dinner, I will workout extra harder to burn it off. Tomorrow will be a fresh day, clean eating the rest of the time.
